2. How do I register my interest?

3. How do I know if I am successfully registered?
We will send a confirmation to your contact details.
Show this confirmation to collect your SIM card.
We will let you know where and when to collect it.
4. I did not receive confirmation of my registration, what should I do?
Allow a few days to receive your confirmation.
If you registered by email, check your inbox and Junk or Spam folder.

5. Can I Port-in my phone number?
Stay tuned for commercial plans for port-in! This promotion is for new mobile lines only and port-in will be available very soon!
6. When and where can I collect my SIM card?
We will let you know where and when to collect your sim card.
You will be contacted via the details you shared e.g. email, sms, or WhatsApp.
7. I have given the wrong name or contact, what do I do?
Simple. Register again with the right name or contact.
8. How do I get updates?

9. Can I register on behalf of my family?
Yes, we are the network for everyone.
Fill up the form or WhatsApp using the name of the family member.
10. Can I port-in my existing number to enjoy the FREE SIM only plan?
Yes, when we launch our commercial plans.

11. Will I be charged after the FREE plan promotion?
We will never charge without your permission ?
